Calendar of Events > 6th Annual Kid's Kite Festival

Somersett East Park
Kids are invited to decorate and fly kites with the assistance of Somersett staff and volunteers. The kites and art supplies will be provided. Sno-cones and popcorn will be available for a nominal fee. This fun-filled event is sponsored by the Northwest Reno Neighborhood Advisory Board (Ward 5) and Somersett.
Directions: To visit Somersett, take I-80 in Reno to Robb Drive Exit and turn left on Sharlands Avenue. Sharlands becomes Somersett Parkway at MaeAnne. Follow event signs to Somersett East park.
